Code Central is written collaboratively by largely anonymous Internet users. Anyone with Internet access can write to Code Central, except in limited cases where editing is restricted to prevent disruption or vandalism.
The fundamental principles by which CodeCentral.org operates are the Code Central community has developed many policies and guidelines to improve the experience; however, it is not a formal requirement to be familiar with them before contributing.
